Ardora 10 creating web-based learning content

Ardora, as a software that creates web-based content, has three main sections for licensing purposes:

The Ardora software, is absolutely free, as long as it is used for a personal and non-profitable end and exclusively for educational purposes. Complete or partial decompilation or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

The software generated by Ardora is under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license, which is specified in the created header files. You have to contact the author for any other use.

The contents created by the Ardora users, as well as the files provided during the creating process (audio files, pictures, videos, etc.) are their own responsibility, and the users may license them the way they consider most appropriate as long as the license is respected as well as the ownership of the software generating the content (Ardora), on which the users have no property at all. Under no circumstances are you allowed to change the license type. That fact must be clearly stated when licensing the content.,
